The first points on the scoreboard for the regular season are for whoever predicts will win in the Bucks/Raptors match up on Thursday the 24nd of October.
Johan has the Raptors and Herwin has the Bucks. Who do you think has it?
We spent some time predicting who we think are the future MVPs, MIPs, DPoYs, RotYs and Champions for this upcoming season.
We also give our bold dark horse predictions for each.
Each team is gradually leaking their new NBA jerseys and there are some real pearlers and some real stinkers. Generating the most buzz has been the Los Angeles Clippers jersey which graced the cover of Sports Illustrated. What are you thoughts on the latest jerseys?
They look very similar to the Enemies jerseys from the BIG3 - so they're taking some outside inspiration at least too.
Lebron James posted a shot of him wearing a Crenshaw jersey in respect for Nipsey Hustle.
Would you like this jersey as an option for the Lakers?
Noel's secret sneaker he wanted to get on eBay - the Nike Air Trainer III in Wolf Grey with White/ Gum sole. He ruined his last pair at a Pink Lake in rural Australia.
Johan reckons that commentary regarding LeBron's resting for a year and coming back even stronger is an over reaction. What's the difference if he is 100% at 3 months of rest versus the same at 5 months of rest he believes. What do you think about this take?
We also started our new segment for the regular season called....
In this segment Johan and Herwin will each pick a 5 leg multi for one game during each week and put 5 AUD on it. Because this week there's no player specific multi they are both predicting the winners for each game for the opening week of the NBA Season.
Herwin's multi is on the left and Johan's is on the right. Do we agree on their predictions?
